Follow these steps for First Time WordPress Setup for SEO
Create a Page named Home and add introduction
Sometimes while creating a page, wp asks us to chose page template
Common page template name are – Homepage, Full Width, Default
Create a Page named Blog
Yoast >> Features >> Enable Advanced Setting Pages
Yoast >> First Time Configuration
-> Necessary Schema will be added
Wp Dashboard >> Settings >> Permalinks Setting >> Post name
Themes >> Customize >> Set Home Page
OR
settings >> reading >> set home page
Home page settings are in customize
Menu Management >> Go to appearance >> menu and create a new menu named “anything”
Set it as primary menu or header menu
